Cancellation Policy
Please give more than 48 hours notice for any cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, I will have to charge 25% of the service cost. If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours, I will have to charge 50% of the service cost. Any no call no shows will be charged at 75% of the service cost if I do not hear from and rebook the client within 3 days. This policy will be flexible by circumstance (sick, emergencies, etc.) Please communicate with me as soon as possible so I may extend this flexibility to you as needed. Thank you.
