Cancellation Policy
When booking a service online, you will be prompted to put a card on file. Depending on the service you book, you’ll be asked to put down a deposit. This is to hold your appointment spot, and this amount goes towards your final service cost. This card is on file in case of last minute cancellations or no call no shows. Please give more than a 48 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Unless the appointment can be moved within 2 weeks, I will be forced to charge a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 30%. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50%. No call no shows will be charged 75%. Please understand, this is a professional decision, not personal. Communication is Key. I understand life happens to everybody, please be open with me and communicate early This is my source of income, and it is important to have these policies in place to protect my business.
